Kent Covert, M.D.

Originally from Searcy, Arkansas, Dr. Covert graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1999 with a B.A. in Microbiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2003 and was awarded the Harold H. Hedges III, M.D. endowed scholarship in Family Medicine. Dr. Covert completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Area Health Education Center – Northwest in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he served as Chief Resident.

He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Arkansas Medical Society and the Pulaski County Medical Society.

Dr. Covert is married and has two daughters. The Coverts attend Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church. His hobbies include golf, Razorback sports, travel and military history.

Flu shots are available!
We strongly encourage our patients, particularly those at risk, to get a flu shot every year. The shots will be administered 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday. They are not available during our Saturday urgent care clinic.
Seasonal Allergies
If you suffer from allergies, we’re here to help. We offer skin and RAST tests to determine almost immediately the sources of your allergies – and various therapies to combat them so that you are more comfortable.
