Dr. Jayroe graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors in Biology. He then attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he earned a Masters degree in Physiology and his Medical degree in 2016. He completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia in 2019.

He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Jayroe is a member of the Pulaski County Medical Society.

Dr. Jayroe is married and has a set of twins, a son and a daughter. He is a member of St. Marks Episcopal Church. His hobbies include outdoor activities as well as learning about and practicing habitat management and conservation.
